Ski at Sierra de Bejar, Salamanca (Spain)
About 2 weeks ago, I spent my weekend skiing in Spain, in Bejar - Salamanca - with a group of good friends. It's a nice resort... for newbies. Not that I'm a pro (far away from that), but I got to be honest: the tracks are just too easy. Furthermore, that was just the most frozen weekend: Saturday we got 12 celsius below zero, and on Sunday, we got a windy, snowy and very icy day. After an adventurous "snow hill climbing" with my van - both snow chains broken!!! - and another adventurous "snow down hill" - 12-15 Kms in 2nd gear - we got back home enjoying a beautiful white landscape during half the trip. Got to try again... other resort :)
These are the main ski tracks, both ranked Red.
This is a "crossroad" between a blue and a red track.
This is my artistic vein popping out :)
Beautiful landscape...
A red track seen from above
Upper view to the resort and its parking lot.
An upper upper view
A ghost running over the snow...
Artistic vein, again
... and again...
... and so on...
... and a (not) frozen dog.
Although this snow chain looks like well assembled, it broked half way up the mountain :(
