Algarve

I just had a nice extended weekend at Algarve. I got to say that my previous impression about Algarve was far from nice: I had a few bad experiences, specialy related to people's lack of hospitality. But I found out that was probably because back then I was the "poor student kid"; now that I'm not the poor kid anymore, Algarve people seem to be a lot nicer :)
But the most important are the incredible places we found, like this one:

Oh, I found very, very good restaurants too, thanks to this!
Evaristo is one of the best restaurants I've ever eat at! There is no menu, you have to choose your fish right at sight, and boy that was the best fish I've ever eat! The service is also one of the best I've seen. Be prepared to spend some serious bucks, though. It's very hard to find it if you don't know it, so I leave you this hint:

Este bar/restaurante/esplanada foi completamente remodelado. Recomendo-o vivamente, em particular o restaurante. 5 estrelas. IMHO, ultrapassa em qualidade o conhecido Lais de Guia.

Sector das TI tem falta de trabalhadores na região norte

COMO?!?!?! Vamos contar quantas ofertas de trabalho aparecem para a zona do Porto? E se descontarmos ofertas para estágios, quantas restam? Pois, quase zero. E em Lisboa? É melhor nem comparar...
Razões para isto? Para mim duas: a "moda" de que todos os serviços se fazem em Lisboa - de tão pequeninos que somos, ainda nos queremos fazer mais, do tamanho de Lisboa - e a tacanhez dos industriais do Norte que insistem em investir nos novos modelos de automóveis desportivos em vez da inovação tecnológica e competitividade.
"O facto de a maioria dos candidatos a empregos em TI voltar as atenções para Lisboa é outro dos factores que tem condicionado a falta de trabalhadores na região norte, uma das que possui a maior taxa de desemprego do país." - Mais uma vez, COMO?!?!?! Talvez os candidatos voltam as suas atenções para Lisboa porque A OFERTA DE EMPREGO NO NORTE É ESCASSA!
Acho que alguém anda a por aí a fazer o pino enquanto tenta fazer jornalismo...
